Who we are
Electric Nerdz is a network of operators that diagnoses and installs AI systems for businesses. Our site lives at electricnerdz.biz. Reach us at hello@electricnerdz.biz.
What we collect
We collect information you give us through three flows on this site:
- Diagnosis intake. Your email, ZIP code, business type, the problem you described, and the goal you picked.
- Consultation booking. Your name, email, company, preferred day and time, time zone, and any notes you wrote.
- Nerd application. Your name, email, preferred lane, written answers about your interest and experience, projects shipped, optional past-work link, self-rated knowledge, hours per week, and timeline.
We do not collect data you did not enter. We do not buy data from brokers. We do not run third-party trackers, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site.
Where it lives
- Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, US region). Tables are access-controlled — only authorized operators can read.
- Outbound email: Resend, sending from
send.electricnerdz.biz. Used only for transactional confirmations and operator alerts. - Inbound email: Zoho Mail at
hello@electricnerdz.biz. Used to receive replies. - Hosting: Vercel.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, application, or booking.
- To send you the confirmation email matching what you submitted.
- To improve the service based on what kinds of problems people are actually trying to solve. We do not publish your information.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
The public site does not set marketing cookies and does not run third-
party trackers. The internal operator console at
/consultations.html uses a session token from Supabase Auth
for the operator login — only relevant to internal users.
How long we keep it
We keep your records as long as is reasonable for serving you. If you want your data deleted, email hello@electricnerdz.biz and we will remove it within a reasonable time.
Your choices
- You can ask us what we have on you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can unsubscribe from any non-essential emails by replying.

Children
This site is not directed at people under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email to active users.
