What we do

Electric Nerdz is a network of operators that diagnoses business problems and installs AI systems to fix them. Through this site you can:

• Run a diagnostic intake and receive a written diagnosis.
• Book an introductory consultation.
• Apply to join the network as an operator.

Consultations are introductory

A booked consultation is an unpaid scoping call. It is not a contract for services, and we may decline to take on engagements at our discretion. Paid work, when it happens, is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

Diagnoses are informational

The diagnosis we generate is a working hypothesis based on the information you give us. It is not a guarantee of outcomes and it is not professional advice in any regulated field. Use it as a starting point for conversation, not as a final answer.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate information when you submit forms.
• Do not abuse the booking system, application form, or contact channels (no spam, no automated submissions, no impersonation).
• Do not attempt to access internal admin pages, scrape data, or interfere with the service.

Operator applications

Submitting an application does not entitle you to admission. We evaluate applications based on demonstrated work and fit. If we extend an invitation, terms of engagement will be set out in a separate agreement.

Cancellations and reschedules

Either side may reschedule or cancel a booked consultation at any time before the call. If we add self-serve cancellation links to your confirmation email, those links are the simplest path. Otherwise, just reply to your confirmation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electric Nerdz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or any free service we provide through it. The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability for free services on this site is capped at $0.

For paid engagements governed by a separate written agreement, the terms of that agreement supersede this section.

Intellectual property

The Electric Nerdz name, logo, and site content are owned by us. You retain ownership of anything you submit through forms, but you grant us permission to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy (responding, scoping, evaluating).

Termination

We may suspend or remove access to the site for anyone who abuses it or violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
